Northern Thailand is a vast verdant wonderland, and the drive from Chiang Rai in the borderlands Golden Triangle down south to the former capital of the Lanna Kingdom, now known as Chiang Mai, is one of Asia’s favourite road trips. Come along with this brother and sister duo on a T+L Kids nature and culture immersion.
Nothing like the open road to get your imagination revving. Lots of grown-ups put pedal to the medal in northern Thailand, renting motorcycles to feel the wind in their hair in these mountainous forests. Our T+L Kids played it a bit safer (i.e., they took a car, not to worry, mom and dad!) but still had awesome adventures on their long and winding road trip from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai.
