Alyona Lezhava is the resort’s Wellness Manager. A former dancer turned yoga devotee, the movement expert has curated a series of classes for all at the resort’s newly unveiled beachfront Yoga Pavilion.
If performing sun salutations and downward dogs while gazing out over the endless turquoise of the East Sea sounds intriguing, be sure to book one of her morning yoga, fit & flexible, sunset meditation, or kid’s yoga classes. “One of my favourite classes is Frequency Yoga,” said Lezhava. “It draws from the concept of our spa, which employs sound waves and vibrations to help guests heal and relax. To bring that into the yoga practice, I’ve incorporated tuning forks. It’s fun and quite different.”
The Resort’s Personal Trainer, Quoc Bao, a local champion kickboxer, has also introduced a roster of daily fitness activities.
