Imbert collaborated with acclaimed graphic designers Violaine and Jéremy to craft every aspect of this place—from the menu to the dishes. Showcasing their artistic synergy, they designed the unique menu by disguising it as a movie poster, where their signatures elegantly adorn the creation.
The menu, too, is just as special. From traditional cuisines to sharing plates, the dishes focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers. For starters, there are Vitello focaccia, pineapple tomato & local condiments, and Jean’s avocado rocket salad with lemon and grilled octopus veggies skewer.
The menu continues with mouthwatering delights grilled over an open fire, including succulent lamb chops, accompanied by fragrant rosemary baked potatoes.
