A Review of Molecule

Ambience

Molecule

Located on the top floor of Skymark One, the restaurant with its spacious outdoor seating offers a commanding view of Noida. Indoors, the interiors are elegantly done up with statement chandeliers and quirky wall accents. Straight back chairs with velvet upholstery in bright tones add a fun element to the overall vibe.

Cuisine

Molecule offers a selection of dishes from cuisines across the world. What makes the food interesting is the innovative twist that the chef adds to each dish and makes it his own.

Appetiser

Cuisine

There are lots of choices on the menu and caters to families with different culinary preferences. You can choose from chef’s special section, bar menu or starters. The avocado crostini (INR 355)—a thin baguette topped with avocado mash, sundried tomato and feta cheese—is interesting.

Platter

Cantonese mushrooms (INR 375), deep friend mushrooms in a sweet and tangy Cantonese sauce, from the bar menu goes perfectly with most drinks. The cold mezze platter (INR 775) is a good option if you are in a big group. The platter comes with delectable varieties of hummus, muhammara, tzatziki, pickled vegetables, grilled cottage cheese, corn and cheese roll, and pita bread. There’s also a variety of dumplings, sushi, and baos to choose from.

Main Course

Main Course

From the Indian mains, you can choose the smokey butter chicken (INR 525) or Purani Dilli mutton korma (INR 595) with fluffy naan. The Patiala gosht biryani (INR 545) also packs a flavourful punch. From the Asian mains, burnt garlic butter fried rice (INR 375) goes well with butterfly prawns in chilli black bean sauce (INR 675).

Dessert

Caramelised biscoff cheese cake (INR 455)—layers of soft creamy cheese and a buttery biscuit crust — makes this a clear winner. This sweet delight serves as the perfect end to the delectable meal.

Drinks

Molecule is known for an expansive drinks menu. There are some interesting cocktails like Green Paradise, Nostalgic Night, Holy Smokes, Florence Duck, and Blossom Cobbler (each for INR 695). The mix of concoctions are ideal for a lazy afternoon lunch or a late evening catchup with friends after work.

Our Takeaway

Molecule

This outlet of Molecule is a fun, lively space to meet up or party with friends. Do check out the weekly gigs and artist line-up before you go. If you plan to have quiet lunch with family, then afternoons are more suitable. The friendly staff and prompt service is a highlight of the place.
